PROPANE PRE-BUY FIXED PRICE CONTRACT

Terms and Conditions

• The contract price is guaranteed for purchases under this contract during this promotion period only. Contracts received after this promotion has ended will not be honored.
• There are no deliveries of contracted gallons prior to September 1, 2025. After that date, PRE-BUY gallons will be delivered first.
• After the contract ends on March 31st, 2026, any remaining credit amounts are non-refundable and can be applied to future deliveries and/or a $0.10 per gallon restocking fee may be applied if over 100 gallons are unused.
• The minimum PRE-BUY Contract purchase is 200 gallons, maximum is 5000 gallons.
• All deliveries must meet our minimum delivery requirements: 150 Gallons per delivery.
• Propane gallons delivered more than your PRE-BUY will be invoiced at regular market prices at the time of delivery.
• If contracted gallons do not cover an entire delivery, a minimum delivery (as outlined above) is required.
• Southwest Propane LLC cannot be responsible for industry supply interruptions or unforeseen National or World Crisis. Resulting propane shortage will nullify the contract.
• Southwest Propane LLC does not offer installment payment plans for propane PRE-BUY.

By signing this contract, I understand that I am entering into a contract with Southwest Propane LLC for the number of gallons listed on my contract. I understand that I will be required to abide by the terms of the “Propane Pre-Buy Fixed Price Contract” as outlined above, which has been retained by me.

I recognize and understand that this is a fixed price contract and that the price per gallon will not change with the markets should they increase or decrease. I understand that I must take delivery of these gallons between September 1st, 2025, and March 31st, 2026. I understand further that this contract becomes void after March 31st, 2026.
